Ethan Blackwell

Ethan was born and raised in the heart of Wyoming, with a deep connection to the local community in Sheridan. He has been married to his wife, Rachel (Carson) Blackwell, for 15 years, and together they have two sons, Luke and Liam. Ethan and Rachel continue to reside in Sheridan, where they actively participate in community events and enjoy the natural beauty of the region.

In 2005, Ethan graduated from the University of Wyoming, Summa Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2010, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Since being admitted to the Wyoming State Bar in 2010, Ethan has focused his practice on advocating for the rights and needs of seniors. He began his career as a law clerk at Jackson & White Law Firm in Cheyenne, where he honed his skills in Elder Law.
